Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original Montigo box, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the parcel from your doorstep, or drop it off at any designated Ninja Van point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
